The Personal & Professional Development Branch consists of six departments: the Education Center, the Base Library, Transition Readiness Services (TRS), the Personal Financial Management Program (PFMP), Information & Referral (I&R), and Family Member Employment and Relocation Services (FMEAPRS). All are dedicated to promoting personal wellbeing and professional improvement through providing information, support, and training to Marines and their families.
